2004 Exhibition
ISMIR 2004 will have an exhibition space
available to all conference attendees (research organizations
and companies). It will be the perfect place to show demonstrations
of research projects results and to have hands-on experience
with prototypes of on-going projects. It could be a great
complement to paper or poster presentations. It could also
be used to present institutions and their activities or even
to discuss new collaborations.
The
exhibition space will be shared
with poster presentation space. The hall of 800m2 besides
the conference auditorium will be used also during coffee
breaks and will be open from 8:30 to 19:30.
Small standard shell stands are available
to exhibitors at standard rate of 300 euros for the whole
conference. The stand surface is 3 x 2 meters with beech wood
walls (height 2,48 m). They will have 75w/m2 lighting (with
300W bulbs), one 220V power socket of 1.1KW, 1 RJ-45 high-speed
internet connection, a round 90cm white table and two white
chairs.
